Upon inspection, removed front access panel and found evaporator coil with excessive moisture accumulation and debris buildup on fins. Identified condensate drainage issue causing water to drip from unit instead of properly evacuating through drain line. Inspected condensate drain system including PVC drain line and confirmed blockage preventing proper drainage. Cleared obstruction from condensate line, cleaned evaporator coil assembly, and verified proper water flow through drainage system. Tested unit operation and confirmed condensate now draining correctly with no further leakage into living space.
