I can't say enough about Home Comfort Services and the people that work for them. Today I had a technician inspecting my furnace and he was friendly, called me beforehand providing an ETA and quickly detected my issue. I trust this entire team and they have serviced both my home and rental property. They have great customer service and are reliable. I highly recommend these guys and they are the only company I will call for my heating/air needs.

We woke up on Monday morning and found that our boiler was no longer heating and the temp in our home was falling. We called Home Comfort right away and they were great on the phone in trying to help troubleshoot the problem prior to sending out a technician. It turned out that we needed to retrofit our new boiler with some new parts and the technician did a great job of talking us through the options and explaining the problem. By lunchtime, our boiler was repaired and our heat was back on! Thank you Home Comfort!

Home Comfort just competed a check of my heating & cooling systems and I must say it was the most thorough check I have ever had.  The technician was polite, thorough and took the time to answer all questions I had about the condition of the heating & cooling system.  I applaud your use of such thorough technicians!

I had my furnace cleaned today. What a great experience. The tech did a fantastic job and was a great teacher. I was curious about the process and He explained every step along the way. He answered all of my questions and gave me an overview of my system and how all the parts work together. I feel I have a better understanding of how my whole boiler system works, how long I can expect it to run before needing replacement and the different gauges and parts to keep an eye on. (As well as why I should have it cleaned and inspected yearly instead of waiting as long as I did!) . I would highly recommend their services and look forward to having them come out in the fall and inspect both my boiler and hot water heater. Thanks!

I've been a client of Home Comfort for many years and they have always been very responsive and professional. They are great about diagnosing issues quickly and then fixing the problem. Their technician is very knowledgeable and was really helped us decide the best course of action for our equipment in the long run.

We were very, very impressed with the work ethic and effort that the installers put forth on Wednesday. They were at our place for over 13 hours, and while I didn't try to keep an eye on them it was pretty obvious that they were working hard the entire time. We felt quite guilty when we sat down at 7pm to watch the hockey game and they were still pushing until shortly after 8pm. I wasn't home yesterday when the Service Manager came by to finish programming the thermostats, but my wife was there...and she was equally impressed with him. They represented Home Comfort extremely well...and, as a result, we feel very good about the decision we made. Now we just need to confirm that "first impression" with great system performance!

I would like to take a minute to complement your employees and your business in general. Our new AC unit with heat pump was installed last month. The workmen were on time, efficient, and did a perfect job.Then over and above the installation, your office helped me so much in my effort to complete the rebate application for Come Ed. They dealt with my repeated phone calls, supplied me with numbers and info that I couldn't locate, and generally was encouraging to my "un-computer like" self. And I'm glad to say Com Ed has notified me that my rebate check will be on the way. We will recommend Home Comfort and use them again ourselves. Thanks!

The company is very professional, accommodating and nice. Something somewhat unusual these days with many businesses. The technician who came to fix my problem, was patient with my questions, answered very thoroughly and knowledgeably and was very neat and polite. No only did he fix my problem but he took a picture of the rooftop condenser to show me what had been causing the problem. That's how thorough he was in his explanation. I was super satisfied with his professionalism and his ability to spot the problem. I highly recommend this company.
